Letter in reply to a report about Iranian women in Mesopotamia
The office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Kirmanshah writes in reply to the request of this Ministry, which was about preventing Iranian women from leaving the country for the ʻAtabat based on some reports of indecent behavior.

Sadiqah Dawlatabadi to Muhammad Musaddiq, [ca. 1951]
Muhammad Musaddiq (1880-1967) was appointed prime minister on 30 April 1951 and soon after presented an election reform plan to the Iranian parliament. The exclusion of women's right to vote from this plan is the subject of Sadiqah Dawlatabadi's letter.
